How do I pay for the reports?

Companies House reports can be purchased using a credit card. You can order reports one by one or combine them into a single order with multiple reports.

  • Find the company or companies you are interested in.
  • Add the company report to cart.
  • Once you are done choosing reports, go to the checkout page and insert your credit card details.
  • Once you complete the payment, your reports will be sent to your email.

Looking for another way to pay for the reports? Contact [email protected] to get an invoice for a wire transfer.

Why haven't I received the report I purchased?

If you made a purchase but haven’t received your report, there are three possible reasons:

  • We are still processing your report. Note that different reports have different delivery times which are indicated to you during the checkout.
  • Your report went to your spam folder. We do send multiple reminders but sometimes our email notifications do end up in the spam folders.
  • There is a public holiday and we need to wait until we receive the latest data from the government.

I made a duplicate order.

Did you order the same report multiple times? Notify us at [email protected] and we will refund your duplicate order.

How to remove my company from Companies House?

Companies House doesn’t manually add or remove companies from our database - it’s entirely based on the datasets provided by the government.

Instead, we encourage you to provide additional information about your company by submitting user contributed data on your company’s page.
